I'm not about to share a picture of me posing in my new trousers, or tell you why I had to order a larger waist, but I will admit to ordering from Gurteen recently. I probably bought my first pair or cords from M&S years ago, and acknowledge that they lasted well. No matter, I've previously ordered cords from either Boden or Charles Tyrwhitt.
Fortuitously, Gurteen were having a sale, which persuaded me to buy from them on this occasion. I had a very friendly chat with Customer Services about my unfashionable taste in clothes, delivery was prompt, and in my opinion, the cords were every bit as

Was sent a faulty product. Contacted the customer services department repeatedly but, weeks later, have still to receive a single response. The company are quick to take your money but then just ignore their customers. Certainly not what I expected. Given up on getting my money back - its just not worth the hassle and the feeling of being treated like something Gurteen scraped off the sole of their shoe.

I ordered a pair of chino/khakis and on receipt they were marked from storage. I emailed the office at Gurteen who provided another pair the day after by next day courier. The quality and cut is excellent and I look forward to wearing these 'proper' trousers. Very pleased !

Excellent products, and even if a fault appears 18 months later, replaced without quibble. Highly recommended.
