Brilliant garage - we turned up there about 3pm on 30th Dec in our motorhome which had just started with a brake issue. We were about 2 hours from home and an hour from our destination with our 4 dogs in the van aswell. It was an awful situation to be in and very scary.
Keith was so accommodating and helpful. They located the problem and told us what was needed. They did a patch up to enable us to safely drive a short way so we could stay overnight and they got the part we needed for 8.30am the next day. In the morning they fitted the part, checked the brake on the other back wheel and also fixed

Took my car there for MOT. Keith was really helpful and his office team were a pleasure to deal with and I received a text to let me know as soon as it was ready to collect. Great attention to Covid safety too, they used seat & steering wheel covers as well as sanitising the car before handing it back. I'll certainly be using Grooms for future servicing and repairs.
