Was given a quote by phone but didn't get call backs from them to view the car or arrange an appointment. Numerous requests for a phone back were ignored. 3 weeks from first contact and no communication at all. I've since booked the car in elsewhere. I'll never attempt to use Steve Mellor again.

I had an incident with a pheasant, the guys got me a quote for the damage quickly, advised me on the best way to go forward and got me booked in ready for repair. Curtesy car provided as my insurance werent prepared to give me one. Damage repaired in just under a week. Kept well informed throughout. Efficient and professional! Thank you!

I had a massive scratch on my passenger door. Sent it to Steve mellor to get repaired. When I arrived a week later to pick my car up they let me know that they also sorted out a big scuff on the back of my car. They did this free of charge and without me asking. I am really pleased with the kindness and professionalism of this complaint. 10/10 recommend.
