Kerry was excellent from start to finish. We had a very complex situation buying a house in the middle of covid, which was made 10x easier by Kerry keeping us well informed throughout. She really did go above and beyond to try and help us.
Kerry really is an asset to the team, nothing was too much for her and we are forever grateful for her sticking through it with us so we could purchase our dream home. 10/10

Lancastrian Estates both sold our old home and helped us purchase our new home. They had knowledge of our local area and a client base who were interested in purchasing around us - our house sold in 1 phone call for above asking price! We had not moved home for over 15 years and had very little knowledge of the process. They kept us updated regularly made everything very easy.
