Extremely disappointed with this company. Booked in for a viewing today at 1pm, my Girlfriend had it confirmed via e-mail that Diana would meet is but she didn't turn up. A gentlemen who was also there to view it phoned the company to ask if anyone was coming to show us around but we had not been booked in on their system, even though he had a text message confirming his appointment. There was also a third gentleman there to view it. Quite remarkable that all 3 of us were not booked on their system and extremely unprofessional.

1st time selling and it was dealt with professionally by Andy, it sold at the first viewing and Andy was always available to answer any questions and did everything possible to get things moving swiftly. I would definately use Ashton and Grosvenor again, not that we will EVER move again

My father and mother recently have rented through Ashton and Grosvenor, having moved to Chester from South Wales. We have all been so impressed with their professional, friendly, and patient approach - from my parents' initial search for a property, the administration, liaising with the landlord, through to them moving in. In addition, the whole team have been responsive, dealing with initial queries and attending to a couple of issues in the property efficiently and quickly.
