I have used Jordan & Halstead for a number of years now for my rental properties both in Chester and Liverpool. The service Georgia and the whole Team provide is first class. Communication and Customer Service for me is key and Jordan & Halstead do not disappoint. Always keep me updated and go that extra mile from picking up keys to being really accommodating with meeting tenants. Nothing is ever an issue and any issue is resolved efficiently. If you want a professional service with a friendly team and value your time I highly recommend using J & H Chester.

A fantastic letting agency to deal with. Top notch one of the best in Chester. As a previous tenant I found all of the staff to be very professional and responsive to all the queries that I made during my 5 year tenancy. During my tenancy I dealt with Sara, Annie, Gemma, Georgia and Stephanie and they all work to a very high standard and the company should be very proud of these employees.
