A very good friend of mine who is 84 years old used this company on 07/05/21. Whilst picking up a 79 lock needed to use the lavatory. He asked James the sales person behind the counter politely if he could use the toilet. James said no without apology or explanation. Although there were signs on the door saying due to Covid 19 the use of the toilets were restricted to staff I think a little bit of compassion could have been used. There was no one else in the shop at the time. This is what you get when you try and support local business. Ripped off and poor service. Perhaps a little staff training
