Laser Cutting
Our 3kW laser cuts steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass with +/- 0.2mm precision. This service caters to industries requiring intricate components for machinery, frameworks, or decorative elements. Clients benefit from rapid prototyping and batch production capabilities, ensuring tight tolerances for complex designs.
Sheet Metal Rolling
We roll metals up to 2m wide, handling steel (12mm), stainless steel (8mm), and aluminium (12mm) for curved components. Ideal for industrial equipment, architectural features, or custom enclosures. Our NC-controlled machinery ensures consistent radii and angles, supporting both small repairs and large-volume orders.
CNC Punching
High-speed CNC punching creates flat components and 3D forms like louvres or embossed logos at 300 hits per minute. Suitable for rapid production of panels, brackets, or perforated sheets. This service reduces lead times while maintaining dimensional accuracy for sectors like electronics or HVAC.
TIG & MIG Welding
Our certified welders handle MIG, TIG, and silver solder techniques for structural or aesthetic joins in steel, aluminium, and copper. Polishing & Finishing

Brilliant Service. Took alloy wheel there to be welded for MOT failure; repaired and collected in a couple of hours and returned to MOT station for retest all on the same day!!! What an absolute bonus when I thought I would have to travel to Gloucester or Cheltenham- Carry on doing such a brilliant job Ryeford.
