I am Eva, a pastry chef and a dietitian with over 8 years experience in cake making and decorating. I opened Euthymia Cakes in Cyprus (hence the Greek name!) where we lived, offering bespoke designer cakes and sugar floristry. A lot has happend since that day and I am now based in Hanslope, Milton Keynes.
I love baking and creating decorated cakes, pastry and confectionary and even more I am passionate about bringing sugar to life through gum paste flowers. Because every cake is custom made, I'll be happy to design the perfect cake for you. Whether you are after a traditional and elegant wedding cake, unique quirky or even a crazy sculpted birthday cake!

Besides monthly wedding consultations we are also regularly attending wedding fayres throughout South East and will be happy to discuss your cake there.

Euthymia Cakes creates modern international desserts for any occasion but also British sweet classics for afternoon tea at home. Please note we don't offer sandwiches or other variety with meat or fish.
Toppers

Please note there are new opening times Friday 2pm-4pm and Saturday 10am-12noon or as agreed. We make personalised cake toppers, figures, sugar flowers, letter toppers, centre pieces and floral arrangements. With endless options for any event you can get the topper you want! Most of our toppers are made from gluten free and dairy free gum paste and sugar paste.
Flavours

Most flavours are also available without use of gluten or dairy, or as vegan. Please note that most of common food allergens are used in the kitchen and I cannot promise their possible traces (GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, SOYA, SULPHUR DIOXIDE). Please note that our more unusual flavours are subject to availability due to the seasonal nature of some ingredients.
