Do you deliver flowers on Sundays?

We deliver Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm. Sunday orders are delivered the following Monday, except during peak periods when Sunday deliveries may occur.

Can I specify delivery time?

We offer AM delivery (8:30-1pm) and standard delivery (8am-6pm). Same-day orders before 11am qualify for premium delivery service with guaranteed timing.

What sustainability practices do you follow?

We use biodegradable packaging, recyclable materials, and sustainable sourcing. Our delivery routes are optimised to reduce carbon emissions and we recycle 100% of plant waste through local composting.

How are perishable items handled during delivery?

Our drivers place flowers on doorsteps with care, stepping back 2m after delivery. If无人, items are left safely with delivery cards provided. Photo confirmation ensures quality control.

Can I customise floral arrangements?

Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered a bunch of autumn flowers for my girlfriend as she was poorly,she was over the moon with them her actual words were "They are stunning. I ordered them at 08:15 and they were delivered at 09:30. Thank you to all at Howes florist you have made a poorly lady, very happy. A 5 star rating is not enough for that kind of service. Would definitely recommend. I WILL BE USING HOWES AGAIN !!!

..The Birthday girl was surprised and satisfied!..so am I!...as i was ordering from abroad..and was communicating via email...everything went smooth...and all the staff was very nice and helpful. And the Bouquet..wow..just no words..very beautiful,colourful,summerish..

Just wanted to thank HtF for a great service I received today. I phoned 20 mins before closing and they were friendly, professional and really made an effort to accommodate my order. The flowers were delivered an hour later and made the recipient feel warm and cared for. Which was the sole intention. In these Covid times, it was much appreciated.

I recently received flowers send by my partner. It died after three days! Waisted of money! Not very professional, I'm writing that comment as I used to be a florist in my past career, so I know how to take care of flowers and when they are sent old!
