The Rafles Nursery & Pre-school, Cheshunt is situated in idyllic green belt grounds of Rosedale Sports Club. We can accommodate 65 children aged 3 months to 5 years. Set in the back drop of the sports ground, Rafles Nursery & Pre-school is able to provide inquisitive minds access to quality care and education, playing fields, nature walks and a sensory garden all on its door step.

The team at Rafles Nursery and Pre school is led by Early Years Professionals, the early years practitioners are trained Nursery Nurses, holding NNEB certificates, NVQ's or equivalents and experienced Nursery Assistants. We also offer practical training experience to students from local schools and colleges.

Nursery Room

Our Nursery Room is for children between the ages of 3 months to 24 months. The room is fully equipped with toys and furniture designed for children between the age of 3 months to two years to explore and enjoy. We combine child initiated play with exciting sensory activities to engage the children, to give them the best beginning we can on their learning journey.
Pre-School Room
Report
The Pre-School stage between toddler-hood and going to primary school is a very special time in the life of a child. This is a stage in which children step out into the Pre-School world, without their parents and begin to acquire important social and learning skills. We begin to follow the Letters and Sounds phonics teaching programme supplemented with an introduction to Jolly Phonics when the children are ready.
