I always end up being served by this guy with a really negative unhelpful attitude, who is not interested at all in giving good customer service, and end up loosing money buying bad wood from them, would not recommend !

Like a number of reviews. We have had problems. Ordered doors, three sent incorrect so had to be redelivered. Failed delivery after failed delivery, lie after lie. Three weeks on and still no correct doors. And the staff at the branch do not care one jot!!!!

Four staff on duty there but only one seemed to be serving. Unfortunately he was on the phone. Eventually tried to order some wood to be cut, and he explained he had a lot to cut, and I would be best buying it at ......down the road! It would have been a 50 order?
