Just want to say a big thanks to the RTC team especially Chris who made both delivery's to us. Chris took the time to fully demonstrate the mowers and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the RTC Groundcare team!

Took my Stihl Pressure washer in for warranty repair. Got it back 4 months later. I visited them on 4 occasions during that time and got various excuses as to why it hadn't been repaired. In the end I contacted Stihl direct and they picked it up and carried out repairs and returned it to RTC where upon they phoned me (for the first time in 4 months) to say it was ready for collection. No apologies offered at all. I suspect if I hadn't have contacted Stihl direct it would have been sitting in their workshop in pieces gathering dust collecting more faults. Maybe they treat business customers better

I desperately needed a new 54 inch cut cub cadet,and was having problems sourcing one, I live just outside lichfield staffs,I came across RTCGroundcare,and they have been excellent,start to finish,including Chris who delivered the tractor such a long distance.i just wish they were near lichfield,brilliant.
