We have nearly 15 years of experience in asset management, helping clients maximise returns in a challenging office market. Our founders, David Hughes and Guy Bishop, bring a combined 65 years of expertise in planning, development, leasing and investment. We have successfully managed 36 projects, amounting to 2.5 million square feet of property across London and the wider UK. Of these, we have refurbished or redeveloped 915,000 square feet and secured planning consents for 1.1 million square feet. Our portfolio represents 1.2 billion of assets under management, demonstrating our capacity to handle largescale portfolios.
