What is the standard chimney sweeping cost?

Standard sweeping costs £60 per chimney, increasing to £70 from September 2024. Three or more chimneys cost £65 each.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we provide same-day emergency call-outs during standard hours with no additional charges. Out-of-hours service incurs a £35 fee.

How should I prepare for a visit?

Ensure the fireplace is clear, fire is cold, and electrical outlet accessible. Maintain social distancing during the visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Cheques are no longer accepted. Bank transfers must complete during the visit to avoid a £25 fee.

Do you issue certificates?

Yes, we provide certificates upon request. These are emailed within two weeks of your visit.

What areas do you cover?

We serve Lincolnshire towns including Bourne, Grantham, Boston, and surrounding villages. Coverage may reduce during peak season.

They were booked to sweep my chimney prior to a gas fire installation and also did my second working chimney at the same time. I got a call to inform me they were running behind schedule, it was great to be kept informed. The work was completed cleanly and efficiently. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the bag of 'sweepings' was left in my front garden which I didn't realise until later.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Used during the covid-19 pandemic and the attention to detail was very reassuring , using correct PPE all the time , cleaning all his work areas and touch areas pre and post the sweep.
Booking was very easy via the book online app , speedy response , clear confirmation , and a prerequisite instructions to make the booking/visit safe for both the technician and home owner (eg make sure areas are clear , power supply is accessible etc )
The whole visit felt pretty much contact free , Im so glad I didnt delay.
