On arrival we will introduce ourselves, from this point we ask you to maintain social distancing throughout, preferably vacating the room and the areas we need to pass through to get in and out the property, until we have completed.

Bank Transfer must be completed while the engineer is with you, failure to do so could result in a 25 admin charge. A: Yes we do, but trying to keep them to a minimum and they can only be booked over the phone. We would try to encourage you to go for an early morning or an early evening appointment where possible.
