A minimum of 3 years vehicle repair experience. To have all prepping skills, and be confident in your ability to accurately and efficiently prep a vehicle prior to painting. Ability to smart repair and/or polish the repaired vehicle and/or panels to a high standard would be advantageous but not essential.
