Links experiences very low staff turnover, which gives families continuity with their childcare. All staff are qualified to at least the minimum required qualification and the majority are more highly qualified. All of our staff are recruited using Warwickshire Safeguarding Children's Board Safer Recruitment Procedures.
A DBS and up to date references are always completed prior to the staff member beginning their employment at The Links Daycare Centre Ltd. Annual checks are also completed to ensure the information held is as current as possible. Links as an employer is committed to encouraging and supporting both Personal and Professional Development of their staff.

Services
Our nursery
Report
All children are unique and constantly learning to be resilient, accomplished, confident and self- assured. They learn these skills through playing and exploring, active learning and creating and thinking critically, all promoted by the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Two year funded sessions offer 15 hours free care and education per week for 38 weeks a year.
Acorn Room
Report
This is the smallest of our rooms and is used primarily for the younger children. It is also used for any children that start with us that may need a little bit of extra security before they feel confident to move and explore the other areas within the nursery. Activities and experiences are carefully planned, observed and evaluated and cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Learning and Development
Report
At Links we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum in the Nursery setting. This exists to support all practitioners to ensure your child's early years experience is happy, active, exciting, fund and secure, supporting all areas of their development, care and learning needs. Beat Baby - this is a resource which helps children develop beat competency, supporting listening skills, spoken language and memory skills amongst others.
Inclusion
Report
Links will provide support for any child/children with complex needs or learning difficulties to enable them to reach their full potential. Our SENDco (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator) is fully trained and always available to support and advise practitioners, families, carers and children.
