Norton Joinery was established by the present owner in 1975 in a small workshop on Parliament Street, Norton. In 1989 the increased volume of work and changes in manufacturing technology made it necessary to move to a large purpose built factory on York Road Industrial Park, Malton where we are still based today.

We manufacture and install a comprehensive range of timber windows to suit any property. These include casement windows, stormproof windows, vertical sliding sash windows and Yorkshire light windows. We manufacture and install a comprehensive range of interior and exterior doors, from entrance doors, stable doors, French doors, lift and slide patio doors to bi-folding doors.

We produce briquettes from our waste timber. Wood offcuts and shavings are pressed together under high pressure and bound by natural lignin in the timber, without the addition of harmful binding agents. Our products are fully finished with a three coat, spray applied, water based, microporus paint system.
