Paid privately for braces and had teeth taken out at both sides of my mouth (not from the back) as advised. Although my teeth were straightened, my braces were taken off earlier than I expected despite my concerns of still having noticeable big gaps at the sides. Was told these would slowly close by my 6 month check up appointment. They didn't and I brought this up at the appointment but was told I'd need to get cosmetic fillers for the gaps by my normal dentists. Very disappointed and feel quite cheated as I'd paid a considerable amount of money for this and will now need to spend more money on

My son has a Learning disability & I was apprehensive about how he’d cope with braces but Mr O’Neill & Becky were brilliant with him. They made sure he understood his treatment each time & were very patient… with him. All of my children have had their braces put on at Westhouse. I highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the results ! Thank you to all the team for all your excellent care.

Awful. Got my brace here when I was younger my teeth have moved and the orthodontist said I have an abnormal mouth but still refused to take my money to fix it even though that's what his job is to do. I now have a functional shift which has caused me to get TMJ this could have been fixed with a brace but they refused to take my money. Who else do you go to about teeth problems if these orthodontists refuse you? Pretty sure they're above dentists and train in this area all there lives to refuse patients who are willing to pay. Absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't waste your time going here or money
