Asbestos Removal
Our licensed specialists conduct safe asbestos removal for residential and commercial properties. Using controlled containment methods and protective equipment, we ensure hazardous materials are extracted and disposed of following HSE regulations. Clients receive comprehensive documentation confirming proper removal procedures.
Asbestos Surveys
We perform thorough asbestos surveys to identify hazardous materials in pre-2000 properties. Our certified surveyors use systematic sampling techniques to locate asbestos-containing materials. Reports include risk assessments and recommended management strategies for compliance with current legislation.
Sample Analysis
Samples are sent to UKAS-accredited laboratories for precise asbestos fibre identification. Our analysis determines specific asbestos types like Chrysotile, Amosite, and Crocidolite. Results inform appropriate removal or encapsulation strategies while maintaining strict chain-of-custody protocols.
Management Surveys
We implement ongoing asbestos management programs for commercial properties. Regular inspections track material condition and integrity. Our systems help property managers maintain compliance through documented monitoring and risk mitigation strategies.
Bacteria Cleansing
Our specialist cleansing services target harmful bacteria in commercial environments.
