Just wanted to say what it was a wonderful experience looking at engagement rings with Elaine. She really took her time with us, including showing different wedding band combos. We also liked how she didn't pressure us and made it a very pleasant experience. If we end up choosing from one of their rings, we will eagerly contact her!

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to find my ring after it had returned from Italy and was mistakenly added to the wrong name section. Ring re- United and definite return business!!

Attended Sproules Jewellers for my partner Madeline birthday and Xmas presents. Covid protection was excellent, service was really good. Made very welcome by Nigel and his staff, both myself and Madeline felt relax and comfortable during our visit.
