Such a professional, friendly and experienced carpet man who achieved a perfect repair on our damaged landing carpet and knee-kicked it back safely under double metal edge from which it had been forcibly removed. His visit was very much appreciated.

Not very professional - we complained about initial quality of work (the flooring was cut too short and didn't run far enough under skirting boards) and took weeks to sort out. Our emails were often ignored. Expected better quality workmanship.

We have used Floored By Ian to carpet various rooms in the house and to fit hardboard & vinyl in the bathroom. Each time the job has been completed quickly and to a high standard. We will be using Floored by Ian again and I would highly recommend them to others!
