Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and polite. My dentist (Philip) explained to me what was happening. He finished 2 fillings in the same day so I didn't have to book another appointment. They also called me the next day to find out if I was okay. Great service from this practice, I highly recommend it.

Having just moved back to the area and needing some dental work done, Birchfield were recommended to us. We registered with Philip, he has a great team, Hannah his dental nurse and all the other ladies are so helpful and kind. I had my first treatment this week and being a very nervous patient I was dreading it, I need not have feared, I left feeling happy, pain free and confident knowing if there are any future issues I do not need to worry. I highly recommend them if you are nervous because they will look after you and make sure you have a positive experience. Thank you Philip, Hannah and team

My husband has recently joined this practice so it seems sensible for me to do likewise. Instructions regarding my first visit were very clear, I felt safe at all times and my dentist was very thorough and gave me clear information. I was only have an introductory session so not treatment carried out and fortunately none needed! Quite happy with my change. Four months on I have returned for a hygienist appointment and another check up with my dentist. Hygienist very informative and efficient as was the dentist. Feel that my oral health is well and truly in good hands.
