After watching the market on and off for a few years knowing that an RS would suit our needs if the right one ever came on the market, then what appeared to be the perfect one arrived at RS so we arranged for a viewing ith Jake, we arrived mid afternoon where the motorhome had been brought out for us to view, it hadn't been properly prepared as it was just in, Jake showed us around and then left us to our own devices to check everything would work for us, we have owned our current motorhome for 17 years all of which we have fulltimed and never thought we would find a motorhome to suit our needs

These people tell you that you don't know your job. When I have over 15 years experience in everything electrical... Electrical Installation, Auto electrician Cable Panel wirer, Technician and Vehicle conversions. Come on Adam it's not that hard the work you do. Silly Billy!

We'd agreed to buy a motorhome from RS and we are very happy with the service we received. We'd a problem with our part exchange and Jake was very helpful in making sure the transaction went smoothly which saved us a lot of stress and worry. The motorhome itself was as described and hopefully we'll have many years of travel and fun in our new home from home. We'd recommend RS Motorhomes to any potential buyers.

Overall after sales shocking. Brought a 100.000 motorhome from them with a list of issues including rear axle bearings noisy. Rejected the vehicle, exchanged for another motorhome with them and again issues with it. Emailed them regarding a window issue various times, said they would sort it but never did or never even got back to me about it on the end.
Sold the motorhome in the end. Based on this personally would not ever use them or recommend them to anyone.
