We survey buildings to identify all asbestos present within the buildings, or within the project area under the agreed scope of works. For our domestic, home customers, we deliver peace of mind that you and your family are safe and ensure clarity if you are selling or buying your home. Environmental Inspection also provides this service for residential property landlords. There is a possibility of your home having asbestos containing materials if it was built before 1999.
For Business
Report
Business asbestos survey: Commercial and Industrial comprehensive surveying and reporting. Companies owning or responsible for premises need an asbestos survey, for legal compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR2012). Specifically, regulation 4 of CAR - Duty to manage. You will also need an asbestos survey for the protection of workers.
Refurbishment or Demolition Survey
Report
This survey is required prior to any major refurbishment or demolition works, for all buildings built prior to 1999. In reality, all refurbishment or demolition works of pre-1999 buildings, whether homes or commercial premises require this survey. Even a home in which a contractor is working becomes a place of work, therefore, legally, an asbestos survey is required.
