As a hotel brand that advertises itself as "affordable and luxurious," this turned out to be the polar opposite. At first glance, this appeared to be a fantastic hotel however, this was not the case. Due to my OCD, I requested that my room be cleaned after the initial inspection; however, I was told that this would not be possible and that the room was cleaned/ examined before my arrival. Even though I said that I had OCD, I was not taken seriously, and the situation that followed would not have happened if I had been listened to. Returning to the receptionist, I accepted her word and proceeded

Its a hostel not a hotel! The room looks very well online but the room was so so small. There was a bed squashed between walls. No space to move around. Very poor designed room. I couldnt breathe inside the room easily. Housekeeping is also not good. Asked couple of times to have new towels but no response on time. There is also no cafe or eatery on site. The nearest about 20 min. away

Enjoyed the simplicity of the stay. Room was finished to a good spec, with everything provided in terms of comfort. My partner loved that there was an 'ironing room' facility.

2 nights at this hotel. Booked via air b&b, 2 people booked an apartment. Excellent location, room, hotel. The room was spilt in two, kitchen diner then bedroom then shower room. There is discounted parking behind the hotel. It's 2 min walk to the jewelry quarter and 7 min walk to centre Birmingham. Very quiet hotel, 24 hr reception.

One of the worst hotel stays i've had.
Claustrophobic, no windows. No ability to cycle fresh air. No basic facilities to be expected in even the cheapest hotel (Kettle, mugs, bin)
Zero movement space. The bed was practically next to the shower.
Cost, this hotel was around double the price of a premier Inn with much less to offer. The only compliment I can give is to the pleasant staff at reception. Won't be staying here again.

Clean, functional, nice value rooms. Perfect when you're going to be out all day. Plenty of places to eat right on the doorstep in St Paul's Square

Great little hotel. Not too far out of the way (about 15 minute walk from Grand Central). Room could have been a little cleaner, there was a stain on the carpet and the surfaces were dusty. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only thing that really let the place down was a group of guests returning to their room at 3am and making so much noise!
