I bought a property recently through Thompson Wilson and found Julian (and all team members I spoke to, Pauline and Rob I think) really helpful and prompt. Received better service than my own solicitors!!!! Would definitely recommend.

We just sold our house with Thompson Wilson and could not recommend them enough. The process was so easy, all the staff, but especially Robert who we dealt with, were so helpful and informative. We were kept constantly updated right up until completion with Robert going above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Thanks Thompson Wilson.

Having just completed a very quick house purchase with Thompson Wilson, I can say that they have been thoroughly professional, honest, and courteous during the entire process.
Robert was handling this for us for the most part, but when he was away for a few days, Julian picked up and responded to my emails very quickly which was great to see. I wish I had the same service from our Solicitor! I really cant praise Thompson Wilson enough and they will be our choice of Estate Agent when we come to sell in the future. As for the two negative reviews, they have clearly been left for the wrong estate

I wish I didn't have to deal with you, but you are managing the building we're living in - Dolphin Court. A very simple thing needed from you, but I refrain from sharing our terrific experience of dealing with you. I hope Dolphin Court property owners will consider changing their managing company very soon.
