We booked through Kyle, rather than the online route. They found us the right holiday, at a good price and coordinated air travel for a Danube cruise. The day before travel my passport was stolen, precluding our getting beyond UK Passport Control! Kyle were brilliant in chasing up our options. They liaised with the airline, cruise companies and Travel Insurance companies and took the pain out of salvaging what we could from the setback! Had everything gone as planned they were brilliant, but equally importantly, when all went wrong they were Exceptional! Can't praise them enough. We'll be booking
