JPM was founded in 2005 consisting of just 4 members renting a small office space. Since its humble beginnings, JPM has now grown to over 20 staff in General Insurance, Financial Services and Pensions, moving to its own permanent address in 2008.
The growth and success of the business has not only been down to the vision and management from the directors, but is also down to the hard-working and very efficient staff that have been employed over the years.Andrew has over 30 years' experience within the Financial Services Industry, starting as a Trainee Life Inspector with Scottish Equitable, where he quickly progressed to a Senior Consultant achieving considerable success within that role.

Andy has over 25 years experience in the General Insurance sector. A proportion of this has been dealing with affinity markets and specialist schemes. He obtained his experience in both the Insurance Company and Insurance Broking markets. He has held senior roles in a number of organisations culminating in becoming a Sales and Marketing Director.
