City & Hackney Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services
We support children, young people and their families when they have difficulties with their emotional wellbeing, relationships, behaviour or mental health. We help with all sorts of issues, from common worries to more severe or long-term difficulties. We also support children, young people and their families with disabilities and additional needs like autism.

As partnership of specialist NHS services and voluntary organisations, we can make sure you and your family get the support you need. We'll spend a bit of time getting to know each other and work out how to make things feel better again. We might play games or draw pictures to help you tell us what's important for you or what's bothering you.

How we help
Report
You and your family will already have many strengths and ideas of your own that can help you overcome challenges and get through difficult times. We'll try to help you to recognise and build on your strengths as we work together. We'll offer you a thinking space and we will work with you in a caring, open-minded and respectful way.

Our Project Indigo LGBTQI+ youth group offers a safe, supportive space in which to meet other LGBTQI+ young people. It is open to anyone aged 16-25 who identifies as LGBTQI+ or is questioning their sexuality or gender identity. This live webinar focuses on developing positive relationships with your child and the importance of play.
Professionals
Report
The Alliance facilitates partnership working and ensures we deliver integrated pathways that can effectively reach more children, young people, families, schools and the wider community. In addition to providing services directly for children, young people and their families, we also offer supervision, consultation and training to professionals from other agencies.
