In the heart of the Westend area of Edinburgh at 12 Randolph place you can find our flagship Salon located in a beautiful georgian building we like to call our home. The interior has a nod toward a Parisian apartment feel with a modern scandinavian twist. Bruce joined Vidal Sassoon in the late 80s and quickly developed a natural flair for cutting and styling techniques.
Having established himself in the salon as a highly successful Creative Director and proving to have a keen eye for spotting trends, Bruce was appointed as the Sassoon UK Creative Director. Bruce's passion, dedication and commitment to his craft has kept him at the forefront of the hairdressing industry for three decades.

The inspiration for this collection was the Bruce Masefield Hair hashtag #thebeautyisinthewoman. The hair is undone with unexpected detail, creating sensitivity that looses nothing of the individuals character and persona. Short paperboy crops and Rei Kawakubo 1981 inspired Comme des Garcon crops gave a jumping off point to Lara's hair, Groomed but not contrived.
