History
Report
Summer entertainments in Llandrindod Wells were provided in temporary marquees at the Rock Park before 1912, when the Grand Pavilion opened. The new building had ample space for concerts, dances and theatre shows. It originally boasted an external balcony at first-floor level which circled the entire building.
About
Report
Pavilion Mid Wales is a multi-functional Events & Conference venue in the Heart of Wales. Built in 1912, the Pavilion (or Pivi as it is known by the locals) has been a community hub for over 100 years. It has seen many guises throughout it's lifetime including a Cinema, Dance Hall & Theatre.

Our aim was to raise the 'Old Lady' from the ashes and bring her back into the heart of the community by providing a varied program of Entertainment and Community Events. Our priority is to save the building from an uncertain future by bringing the building back into the hands of the community for which it was built.

There will be a draw every Saturday night when a 6 digit winning combination will be picked. Prizes will be given to players with tickets that match the first or last 2-6 numbers from the winning combination. Pavilion Mid Wales is part of a national initiative launched by Music Venue Trust to prevent the closure of hundreds of independent music venues.
Artisan Market
Report
Llandrindod Wells Artisan Market was established a few years ago to provide a 'shop window' for local artists, crafters, makers & producers of local goods. Over the duration, we have welcomed many local traders to the Market, selling a variety of hand made goods.

After a brief break in 2019, the Artisan Market was set to return in Spring 2020, with a change of day - moving from a Sunday to a Saturday, then the horrendous pandemic changed everything. So, here we are, a tad longer than expected, about to re-launch the Artisan Market in 2021.
