Did not even stay and still got charged! owner and 'front of house' has a a real attitude problem. kept umming and aaring everytime i spoke to express my concerns. owner said we aint a 'fraud' business clearly u are robbing people and getting yourself justified by saying 'booking.com charge us so we charge you' i had covid hence the cancellation and 70 down for that inconvenience. Thanks A Bunch - keep the money will NEVER be using this hotel again or recommending to friends or family. stopping everything from going. get some new staff

Despite the proximity to traffic the hotel is quiet, clean and keenly priced. Ideally located for the Armouries and a 20 minute walk to the railway station.

Wanted a b&b near to where we were going, booked in here, 51 for a twin with breakfast, small en-suite ( no heating in there )
When we got back to the room after our night out, we put the kettle on only to find there wasn't any milk, we put our coats on n went to the garage next door n bought some ( it was after 1am ) made the tea but there wasn't a spoon to stir it, (an oversight ?)
Breakfast was fab for 3 quid each,
all in all a cheap n cheerful b&b. only 1 small little moan is that on the tarriff it states 41 for the room and breakfast 3 which is 47 not 51. we paid cash so there
