Ordered multiple items from Illamasqua and received the majority 12 items defective product not adhered to compact and rattling around inside cracked,broken make up everywhere,contacted Illamasqua through a poor communication system limited word contact page and only able to attach one picture,incoherent responses and very unhelpful,no replacements,its been two weeks and no assistance so I'm likely going to have to contact PayPal.Majority of Products are poorly made with poor to no customer services,horrendous experience.

I adore Illamasqua products! I was introduced by a friend and while I can only really afford to buy stuff immediately after payday as it's pretty pricey, it's well worth it. The products are incredibly high quality I've treated myself to a few lipsticks and have just branched out into the new skin base foundation now I know what shade fits best, and they're all great. The store itself is gorgeous it only opened in December so it's new to the V Quarter, but it's manned by friendly, competent staff who are great at giving tips and advice and testing out colours etc
