Managed to lock myself out on a cold wet night. My call was responded to rapidly - all charges were explained before he accepted the job. On the last day of our holiday I lost the key to our holiday rental. It was getting late (after 6 on a Friday evening) and with no response from the letting agent, we had no choice but to try to locate a locksmith to get us into the cottage. David answered our call promptly and came out straight away. Within an hour of our first call we were back in the cottage preparing a late meal.
