Customer service received from Peter is second to none.
Required a lighting accessory from Hudson Lighting, even though they did not stock it, Peter still offered to place an order for the product on my behalf. He kept me informed as to what the cost would be, advised of the estimated delivery time, and advised later the exact date and time the courier would deliver the product. This is way above what would be expected when you consider this was a small order value. Thanks Peter

We've been sourcing our low voltage garden lighting from Peter Reid Lighting for years. We prefer to use quality products so our customers have no problems that's why we use the range of lights he supplies. Peter's experience and dedication to garden lighting, I think, is second to none. He has been brilliant at explaining various options and the specifications required for our clients needs. Deliveries have always been on time ready for the sparkies to work their magic and the very few problems we have encountered have been effortlessly rectified by Peter. A first class service.
