This should have been a review written a number of years ago following the purchase of my first gun (a Browning) from Emmett & Stone, but...better late than never! I have just bought a beautiful Blaser shotgun from Tony Stone (which I am thrilled with). This review however is for the shopping experience and after purchasing my first gun from E&S a number of years ago, I was only ever going to one place for my next. As previously, Tony provided a flawless service, ensuring a good gun fit and even corrected a slight canting (mounting) issue I didn't realise existed after 6 years of shooting!

Great experience, boots were posted and received next day. Sadly they didnt fit but returning them was easy and refund almost straight away. The customer experience was great and quick start to finish. I have purchased before, including some ties for my wedding (!) and service has always been first class. Would recommend.

Really poor customer service. I made a purchase was then asked for 25 extra for delivery which was fine so I paid that then no response. Emailed a week later no response and they have just refunded the money still no response or explanation to what had happened very disappointing. Called up a competitor this morning placed the same order and getting the item tomorrow even cheaper as a bundle deal with lots of extras thrown in. Make sure you shop around, lesson learned!
