Our driver today who drove us walkers on our trip from Lincoln to Rufford Abbey was excellent! He was friendly and helpful! The best driver we've ever had by far! Many thanks for keeping us safe and entertained.

My partner and i went on the Liverpool trip the coach was 20 mins late due to to problems a passenger told us that they had to replace a tyre . We felt that as the bus was late we would not have enough time in Liverpool and the 20 minute delay did have a knock on a ffect . The coach did not have a toilet on it considering we were on a 3 hour journey . The driver apologized in a fashion about the delay .
There was an announcement on twitter that the coach was going to be late but not every body has social media . We felt the service was very poor. The driver was rude and when we finally got to Liverpool

We went to nottingham arena with lincolnshire coop employees welfare association last night and was given first class service to picking up and dropping off and the journey . We had Dave as our driver fab ,looked after us even made sure after the concert we got safely to our coach look forward to travelling with these again .
