I had issues with a rear wheel bearing failure, I tried another garage but they done a poor job and it failed again. I took my car to Alan and he test drove it ordered the part and fitted it correctly all in a day. Very professional curtious
and friendly also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend altec to anyone wanting a good job done at a fair price.

I broke down in Greenock late at night but live 20 miles away on the southside of Glasgow. Belt snapped off the alternator. Recovery took me to a place that it turns out doesn't do the repair I need. I called Altec who were happy to help. They managed to get the car to them and were quick, professional and very reasonably priced. If I was local I would go to them again.

Freaky day behind me, but guys made it happy ending. Failed MOT in nearby Kwik Fit, they wouldn't fix it or recheck it same fay... So I fixed it in different garage, but they were unable to MOT me same day. I drove from one garage to other hearing always same story. "We're fully booked, came back next week." Easy if someone live in area, but I have 2h driving there including ferry. Finally I asked same in Altec Motors. They were fully packed as well, but they made exception and did MOT for me. I think it's "humanity" and I wish more people to be like those guys. World would be better for everyone
