What a great day i had training for the Pedeactric First Aid Certificate. The Trainer had amazing Knowledge and was loud and clear. He stayed on task and used different learning styles. I took so much away from the Practical.

Completed the Paediatric First Aid 12-hour course. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive via email. The online course was very comprehension and user-friendly - I learnt 95% of the information on this. The in-person course was fun and well-tailored to the present day/your specific requirements. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to attend Emergency First Aid at Work on the 12th of November 2021, however, the next day after booking the course (on 23-10-2021), I received an email from the organizer stating the conditions and requirements. After careful reading, I decided to cancel my booking as I did not feel comfortable with the requirements, however, the organizer refused to issue me a full refund stating that I have never requested the cancellation as they have "double checked". Even though I cannot comment on the content of the course as I have never had attended it, I feel the organization around the course
