What areas do you cover?
Based in Olney near Milton Keynes, I cover Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and surrounding counties. Travel up to one hour is included in pricing.
How long are photography sessions?
Family sessions typically last 1-2 hours, newborn shoots 2 hours, and branding sessions 2-3 hours. Mini sessions are 30 minutes with limited outfit changes.
What's included in the session fee?
All packages include pre-session consultation, on-location photography, basic editing, and selected digital images. Additional images and prints available at extra cost.
How do you handle nervous subjects?
Through gradual engagement techniques and conversational direction. Newborn sessions follow natural sleep patterns while branding shoots incorporate familiar environments to ensure comfort.
When will I receive my photos?
Edited images are delivered within 2-3 weeks through an online gallery. Urgent requests can often be accommodated with prior arrangement.

We have commissioned Siobhan on several family shoots now and have always been blown away with the results. I have absolute confidence in recommending her and particularly for anyone with a young family. She works really well with kids and has some great techniques for holding their attention and getting smiles at just the right moment.

Siobhan is a supremely talented photographer and we couldn't be more pleased with our wedding photos. She took some amazing images which has made it almost impossible to choose which ones to print!
Siobhan was patient with us and our guests and allowed us to enjoy the day whilst perfectly capturing such a happy occasion for all of us. And she definitely does bring some luck with the weather - we had glorious sunshine for our October wedding in Wales (whilst the rest of the country suffered raging storms!) Weve used Siobhan for many years to capture precious memories of our little ones growing up. The sessions have always been fun and the results are beautiful and original. She is highly talented and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend her for newborn and family shots.

We were lucky to have recieved a present which included a voucher for a family photo shoot with Siobhan Murphy. Siobhan was organised, professional and absolutely fantastic with our one year daughter who she managed to make laugh and smile throughout the shoot. The photos were of the highest quality and are now hanging as the pride of place in the living room. Siobhan seemed to have the knack of making us all feel at ease and capturing the most natural photos. Highly recommended!!

Siobhan produced a suite of headshots for me to use for my new business; the result was a fantastic range of professional shots that also captured my personality. We used late afternoon sun that provided wonderful natural back lighting; and used different backgrounds throughout so that I could use my final photos for multiple uses. I couldn't recommend Siobhan more highly if you feel your professional pics need a refresh.

We received a gift voucher for Christmas for a newborn shoot. We emailed once we had our baby in the new year and set up a date, the response time was really quick and easy. We had so much fun with Siobhan during the shoot. We felt very comfortable working with her, she was patient and amazing with our baby. The photos are gorgeous!!
