Report
I have a starling flying around in my loft space. Called for advice on a Sunday morning and much to my surprise got an answer from Jake. The advice I got was both friendly and helpful. If I can't get the bird into the house and out a window / door then I will be calling back to arrange a visit to see if anything else can be done.
Thoroughly recommended.

I spoke to Jake over the phone. He was very friendly and after a brief conversation describing the situation offered some excellent advice. Based on his prior experience we in fact came to the conclusion that services were in fact not needed, but that I could call back if the problem persists. I really appreciated his level of honesty and knowledge. Absolutely would reccomend and will return for any pest issues!
