I can't recommend this firm highly enough! We had previously had a very bad experience with a loft conversion, so were really nervous about this project at our new house. From the first meeting, Jack was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, patient and professional - happy to explain everything really clearly and answer our many questions. The week before the work started we sat down and talked through how everything was going to work, when we would need to order things like the bathroom suite and what conversations we would need to have with the Electrician and the Plumber. Jack and his team did an amazing job with our loft conversion. We went straight to Jack for our loft conversion after his team sorted out our kitchen a couple years earlier. Jack always had practical suggestions for us to consider as we went along with the build and no ask was too much trouble for him. The quality of work by all team members was spot on and they even cleaned up at the end of each day! Top notch customer service and desire to keep his clients happy is a massive plus for me. My wife and I couldnt recommend Jack and his team highly enough. This was our first ever foray into building works and after several months of research, speaking to multiple builders and going to visit some past JPB clients, we decided to go with him and havent regretted it once. The quotes were not only very competitive but were detailed and transparent, with no hidden extras and any additional costs along the way discussed in advance and also very reasonable.

Jack completed a two-story extension and renovation on our 100 year old home. He and his team extended our downstairs and knocked down walls to make our kitchen and living room open plan; they built us a downstairs bathroom and utility room and garage; renovated an upstairs bedroom to make it ensuite; and fitted a toilet into what was previously a tiny closet space. We were initially drawn to Jack because of his honesty. When we met him last summer, he was honest about when he could start our project. JPB have recently completed our loft conversion to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, built in wardrobes, eaves storage plus have done a total renovation and refit of our main bathroom.
Jack and his team have done a great job and to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the final results. It was done within timescale and budget. His communication throughout the entire project was excellent and they made the whole process as painless as possible. If there were any issues they were dealt with promptly. It was also nice that there was plenty of advice and suggestions offered throughout

I recommend Jack and his team extremely highly! After months of talking with many contractors we finally opted to go with JPB as his pricing was fair for the scope of work we required and based on inspection of his previous projects.
Having worked with various builders over the years there is clearly a distinction between his work and that of others! JPB converted a two-bedroom bungalow in which I lived in for over ten years into a four-bedroom house within seven months inclusive of demolition, excavation and rebuild of the new structure as well as finishing all aspects of the extension.
