We have a network of branches across the Midlands, so if we do not have the item in stock at our online warehouse, we can quickly get it from another warehouse local to us. We aim for same day dispatch on all items ordered before 3pm, provided that the item is available at our online warehouse. Any items ordered after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
All of our items come with a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated). If within this period the item becomes faulty, you can of course return it to us for a warranty claim. We shall then forward your item, and claim, on to our suppliers of the product. If the item is deemed to be at fault, we will offer you the option of a replacement part, or a refund.
