Bangor St Deiniol's Golf Club
Bangor St. Deiniol Golf Club is considered as one of the premier golf courses in North Wales. St Deiniol is set overlooking the city of Bangor with unprecedented views of Anglesey, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. This 18 hole course can certainly be an interesting experience especially first time around!

The Club was founded in 1906 and is part of the James Braid circuit. Visitors, Societies and Corporate Customers will find a traditional club with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We are able to offer a relatively challenging course, a clubhouse with majestic views, a Golf Shop to offer guidance and equipment along with clubhouse staff who are eager to make your visit memorable.
Services
Norman Brookes
Report
On a fine calm day at Conwy which was very wet with most bunkers overflowing with water from the recent rainfall. The greens were in fact very quick and tricky for the players, a good result could clinch the title. The matches were fiercely contested with good wins for both Ray and Iwan, Elgan also came back well to win 2/1 on the last 4 holes.
Ladies Section
Report
A very warm welcome to the Ladies' section at St Deiniol (Bangor) Golf Club who are keen to welcome new members. We are a small, friendly and successful group and it doesn't matter if you have played golf before or want to learn the game. The course is suitable for all and contrary to popular belief, there is no need to be a 3-legged goat to play at Bangor!

15 pairs took part and the second placed pair of John Davies and Alan Tudor Jones who scored 42 points are on standby in case Nick or Neil is unable to play in the Final. There is no Regional qualifier. I have spoken to the SLICS through Arwyn Oliver and they are keen to take part, which should give us reasonable numbers.

As I take the office as Captain of St Deiniol Golf club, I would like to congratulate John on a great year as captain, and for all the support he gave me as Vice Captain.

As the outgoing Vice I must give great thanks to all who played in the Norman Brooks team, they all gave their very best in all their matches, and for all the hard work that both Sian and Paul put in, to give us superb food, and to all the other clubs caterers, who all provided great food.
