Questions
Can roofing work be carried out in winter?
Yes, we work year-round but assess weather conditions to ensure safety and quality. Temporary solutions may be advised for extreme conditions.
Which flat roofing system should I choose?
Options include Garland Felt, Sika Liquid Plastics, and WOLFIN Single Ply. We recommend systems based on budget, durability, and warranty requirements.
Do you offer warranties on roofing work?
Yes, we provide up to 30-year single-point warranties on flat roofs and 10-year guarantees on pitched roofs and lead work.
What are the benefits of single-ply roofing?
Single-ply membranes are lightweight, durable, and energy-efficient, offering excellent waterproofing and UV resistance with minimal maintenance.
How do warm and cold roofs differ?
Warm roofs have insulation above the deck, reducing condensation risk. Cold roofs insulate below the deck, requiring ventilation to prevent damp.
Do you handle emergency roof repairs?
We prioritise urgent issues like leaks but recommend temporary solutions for severe weather to ensure safety and prevent further damage.

I couldnt more highly recommend the Onstruction team. They recently completed our bathroom renovation and some work to our kitchen window. The team were fantastic, very quick to help in anyway they could whilst providing lots of very useful advice throughout the project. They were punctual, responsive, very respectful of our property and we are thrilled with the final result. They finished the project this week and weve already recommended them to many our family members and friends. Thank you to Komol and the whole team!

I have recently used Onstruction for a bathroom renovation. It was a big job that included moving the boiler and constructing made-to-measure units. They also did some other work for me building wardrobes and shelving units. The guys were great throughout - honest and trustworthy, hardworking and nice to have around. It was excellent value and I am really pleased with the final result.
