We have had approximately 20 skips over the last 6 months or so for a house renovation, on the whole skips were delivered on time, but we did have instances where skips were delivered a day early, which is OK for a straight delivery but caused issues when you're still filling the current skip, this happened on a couple of occasions. The main issue we experienced is around payment, with charges (plural) being levied against my credit card without my authorisation, it became apparent that someone at Nick Brookes had kept a note of my card details along with the security code, which breaks GDPR regulations

Never had a problem with nick brookes before, but hired a skip, and when i rangto get it picked up it took over a week. Not good whe moving house, and the new owners cant get on the drive. Very poor service, when a quick collection really was needed.

I've used Nick Brookes in the past for skip hire and the service received was excellent, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I requested a quote online for some recycled aggregate and called to arrange the delivery once happy with the price. The advisor on the phone confirmed that I knew it was recycled material, but when I questioned the size/composition confirmed that it would arrive screened and approximately 40mm down to dust which is just what I wanted for underneath my driveway given that it didn't have to look pretty. The service from you guys has been absolutely appalling this week! I booked an exchange skip with you over a week ago, to be told that it would be exchanged on Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no exchange of the skip despite being told that it would be in the afternoon. I call the office on Wednesday and am told again that it would be exchanged on that day. Again, nobody arrives and Im told that it will be exchanged on Thursday instead. Driver arrives on Thursday with the new skip, but tells me that someone else is due to collect the existing skip beforehand, and then asks if theres anywhere else
