When preparing to launch our basement conversion division we decided it was time to unify these banners with a name that better describes what we do, and that is how MoreSpace came to be. Loftrooms is a family business established in 1966 by Maurice Newman, father of current managing director Adrian Newman, as a loft conversion specialist.

The aim was to create a clear, controlled and fair environment in which clients and contractors could operate with confidence.
