Very unprofessional. Lost reports wh had paid for and posted through their letterbox. Don't answer emails. Peter himself told me to find another solicitor to act for us in our house sale and purchase over a month down the line because I asked why he didn't reply to any emails. He said that was in their terms and conditions! Did not pass on all documentation to new solicitors as requested. Definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I was kept informed every step of the way and always treated courteously by any staff member I had contact with. Due to Covid, and Staff having to work from home, I had to speak with several members of the team and they were all very knowledgeable and efficient, and up to date with the progress of the sale. Really impressed with the professionalism shown by Tammy, Sam, Nicola, Jane and team at Peter Robinson & Co throughout a protracted purchase. We used them for both the sale of our house which went like a dream and the purchase of another property, which if it wasnt for their dogged determination would of certainly collapsed. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough and if you are about to instruct solicitors I would strongly suggest you use Peter Robinson & Co for your conveyancing needs.
