Vintage & Classic
Report
We love nothing more than rescuing a worn out or neglected vintage or classic bike and restoring it to its former glory! Wherever possible we use new parts which maintain the original character of the bike.
Some of our customers will however want to change the riding position and other features to make the bike more comfortable or suitable for their purposes - changing from drop bars to a more upright style is a good example of this, and something we are very happy to do.One of our recent refurbishment projects: a 1983 Raleigh Superbe given a new lease of life for a happy owner.

Tandems
Report
Unlike at most cycle shops tandems are not a side line for us. My association with tandems goes back to the 1970's when I first rode tandem with my family. Ever since then I've always had a tandem or two and we've always repaired, serviced and built tandems as part of the extensive range of cycle work we offer.
